Welcome to JERRNI. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JERRNI governing your access to and use of our modular construction marketplace platform, website, and related services.
JERRNI is a marketplace connecting individuals and businesses involved in modular construction. Upon registration, users may select one or more of the following roles.
Each role carries specific rights, obligations, and responsibilities as outlined in these Terms. Users may hold multiple roles simultaneously, subject to eligibility requirements.
To use the Platform, you must:
Vendors and Service Providers must complete JERRNI verification, which may include submission of business licenses, insurance certificates, professional certifications, and identity documentation.
JERRNI reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke verification status at its sole discretion.
Vendors agree to provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading listings, including correct specifications, pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery capabilities.
All prices displayed on the Platform are in USD unless stated otherwise. Custom quotes generated through Build Your Own are estimates and remain subject to final Vendor confirmation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
