Welcome to JERRNI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JERRNI Inc. ("JERRNI", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of our modular construction marketplace platform, including our website, mobile applications, 3D configurator tools, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
JERRNI is a marketplace connecting individuals and businesses involved in modular construction. Upon registration, you must select one or more of the following roles:

3.1 Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jerrni.com of any unauthorized account use.
Vendors and Service Providers must complete JERRNI's verification process, which may include submission of business licenses, insurance certificates, professional certifications, and identity documentation. JERRNI reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke verification status at its sole discretion.
4.1 Listings
Vendors agree to provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading listings, including correct specifications, pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery capabilities. JERRNI reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4.2 Orders & Contracts
When a Buyer places an order and a Vendor accepts, a binding contract is formed directly between those parties. JERRNI facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the underlying purchase agreement. Disputes arising from transactions are subject to JERRNI's dispute resolution process outlined in Section 9.
4.3 Pricing & Quotes
All prices displayed on the Platform are in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Custom quotes generated through our Build Your Own configurator are estimates only and are subject to final Vendor confirmation. Pricing may vary based on site conditions, delivery distance, and local building code requirements.
JERRNI uses a secure escrow system to protect both Buyers and Vendors:
JERRNI charges fees for facilitating transactions on the Platform. Current fee structures are as follows:

JERRNI reserves the right to modify its fee structure with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
